0:16.3	I'm your host, Danica Ellis, this is episode 424.5 and today I'm going to talk about two
0:23.5	suffix speculative books. These are both books I've been waiting a whole year to get to talk
0:29.4	about on all the back lists. A little peek behind the curtain, I always panic about picking
0:35.4	books to talk about on all the back lists when it's my turn. There's just something about
0:39.7	being told recommend two books. They just can't be new books. That's all of the parameters.
0:46.3	It feels impossible, especially when we're trying not to repeat ourselves because it's too
0:51.3	open-ended. I start overthinking what sort of theme I want to have and which my favorite books to
0:57.0	mention and somehow I always think about books I have already talked about. I get to in my head.
1:03.9	So this time, I just decided to go a very simple route and just look back at what I was reading
1:09.0	about a year ago since those books are no longer front list and this was the easiest selection
1:15.0	of my whole time doing all the back lists. I really have to start doing this again and stop doing
1:21.0	whatever strange formulas we're running through my brain previously because it turns out
1:27.1	read some very good books in the summer of 2022 and they somehow haven't been talked about
1:33.1	on a back list episode before. I guess some of them have only just gotten to be back lists, so
1:40.2	explain it. One of them I did talk about on the regular all the books when it first came out,
1:45.8	but if you can perfectly remember a podcast you listened to one year ago, I don't have any
1:51.6	sympathy for you. I'm sorry, that sounds incredible. I wish I had that memory. And even if you do,
