This is the April 22nd, 2022 edition, and today I'm going to tell you about a couple of

Backlist Gems all about ghosts.

secession battle. Both have their own reasons to help Makira, as well as their own blood-feeds to

avenge, as one does, and a world as dangerous as this will the need for vengeance but your Makira's

chances of winning or will another writer's dagger. So it's coming at her from all angles.

This is a unique fantasy world steeped in Jewish folklore. This book has been described as

a scorpion racist meat-speaky blinders, which is an interesting combination I've never heard of before.

The first title is A banquet for Hungry Ghosts by Ying Chen Compensdene,

illustrated by Coleman Polhemus, and I'm going to start by saying this book landed on my

radar in a couple of different ways. The first is that it is going to be adapted. That news came

out sometime last fall, so you'll get to see an on-screen adaptation of this collection of short

stories. And then the other way it came onto my radar is because of that news about the upcoming
