Hello, hello, hello, hello, welcome to the naughty but nice show. I'm your host, Rob Schueter. Every Monday, our friend Garrett Vogel from Z100

0:21.5

joins us. Garrett, are you there? Oh, Rob Shooter, it is our big day after Oscar special. I am so

0:28.2

excited. You know, all the big shows do it. Why not us? This is the show to come to for your

0:33.9

after Oscar special. Absolutely. We have a ton of gossip, so let's jump right into it. Hey,

0:38.0

my friends, what time is it? It is tea time. So the Oscars last night are being called the worst

0:45.5

Oscars of all time. That's right. Let's get into it a little bit here. So the pre-show was a

0:53.4

little strange this year. They did have a red carpet,

0:56.0

but the only journalists that were allowed on it were really ABC crews, some international

1:01.2

crews, and EIA. Also, too, did you see on Ea, they had to interview everybody from a distance.

1:07.6

1:12.6

high school dance and like you wanted a slow dance when someone for the first time and you literally

1:17.4

were like on the other side of the room where like your arms are extended. Push your arms. No touching,

1:22.5

no touching, no touching. So that was a little bit of a strange beginning. But you know,

1:26.5

we're going through a pandemic. We understand what's happening. So we'll give them that. Also, too, and I think this

1:32.0

was a fatal mistake, they decided to take all the musical performances and put them in the pre-show.

1:38.3

So normally, these five fantastic songs, hopefully fantastic, they usually are, they're in the show, and it breaks up

1:45.7

the talking a little bit, it gives us a chance to dance and move about, they took them out

1:50.4

of the show.

1:51.8

And it's music that everybody knows, you know, whether it be a Disney movie or just a big,

1:57.3

big production, and like I think that definitely a missing link. And I, and I get it.

2:03.5

You know, like you just said, pandemic Oscars. You have to kind of like rework things. But I, I think

2:10.6

this was like so far like let's try anything and everything. Ease us into the pool. Don't throw
