President Donald Trump welcomed Jordanian King Abdullah to the White House on Tuesday after the president

unveiled plans to relocate Palestinian refugees to Jordan and other neighboring Arab countries,

while the U.S. seeks to take over, quote-unquote, and rebuild the Gaza Strip.

I sat down with President Trump at his Mar-a-Lago estate on Saturday,

where he told me more about this intent to take on a long-term ownership position of Gaza in attempt to deliver

stability to the region.

Think of it as a real estate development for the future.

It would be a beautiful piece of land.

Would the Palestinians have the right to return?

No, they wouldn't because they're going to have much better housing, much better.

In other words, I'm talking about building a permanent place for them, because if they have to return now, it'll be years before you could ever.

It's not habitable.

Additionally, on Monday, the president issued an ultimatum to Hamas, claiming that all hell is going to break loose if Hamas does not release all Israeli and American

hostages from Gaza by Saturday at noon.
