United States in more than seven years. During the meeting, the two discussed a potential

mutual defense agreement and the sale of 48 F-35 fighter jets to Saudi Arabia, the latter of which

the Pentagon has raised concerns about due to Saudi Arabia's close ties with China.

Israel raised concerns as well.

President Trump expressed support for the sale while speaking to reporters on Monday.

They've been a great ally.

They've got to like us very much.

Look at the Iran situation, what we did in terms of obliterating, you know, we obliterated their nuclear capability.

Yeah, I will say that we will be doing that.

We'll be selling F-35.

Meanwhile, the House of Representatives has voted for the full release of the Epstein files after a discharge petition reached the necessary

But that was a shift and that was a surprise. Now it heads onto the Senate and then one would think onto the president's desk.

And the president has been very clear that he would like to move on from discussing it.
