like right when I get back from kid drop-off in the morning. I still got the adrenaline of the AM coursing through my veins I got these kids up I got

him to school flowing I'm firing by the afternoon I got some food in my belly

burping on a podcast and I'm just tired. The sluggishness I got the slugs creeping in on me here. But fear not, once we get going,

I think we'll get the juices flowing a little bit.

ethos presentation. I'm realizing that I forgot to change the name on the

document that you all be seeing here on this show.

So we're going to take that down for just a second while I get that all squared away.

So uh, how's everybody feeling? It's the all-star break. We have a little

breather on our hands here. Opportunity to just kind of, uh, relax a little. So if you want to do that that's fine hang out
