Hey trip how's it going it's going well I think the last time I was in the podcast is a few years ago and we were doing it from marnie from your bed.

Oh yeah I know this is the complete opposite the last time last time we were literally sitting on my bed recording our show right this time I am sitting in my closet and I don't know where you guys are.

I'm sitting on your bed too it's just you can't see me.

I am I am I can table looking out the way very nice well I want I want to trip to come on to the show because he always provides excellent information for the guys that are listening.

But a couple of weeks ago we had Jim wolf on the show and he talked about the next stages of attraction which is going from you know first and second date to potential girlfriend and a lot of people

are saying that that was really interesting for them and they wanted to hear more because yeah I guess a lot of people don't tackle that middle zone it's either relationship or the beginning stages of dating and I was talking to trip and he said that he has a new book that's coming out on Amazon.

But he also has been really fascinated with this middle stage and so I said come and talk on the show and see maybe if there's additional information that can help the guys that are listening with that that middle zone stage so trip I do before I do ask you questions about that stage of dating.

I wanted to find out more about what you said in your introduction or what person said about you you're a dating coach for shy guys I never heard you been categorized as that that must be a new thing but can you tell me a little bit more about coaching shy guys is it is it different or were you a shy guy.

Yeah I coin that phrase in a for in trip advice maybe a few years ago at this point because I realize that's basically what I do you know I'm all the time talking to guys who are shy I'd say you know 95% of the guys who come to me who want to learn how to me women they're not saying to me I have no problem talking to lots of girls I just want to know how to attract them it's never starting like that once in a while but mostly it's I can't even go over and talk to the girl and I'm sure.

You hear this all right approach anxiety approach anxiety like it is so hard for guys to go up and start a conversation and so I just realized that like this is who I this is what I do I'm working with guys mainly unbusting through the shyness and that's you know when I'm coaching guys that's usually where we're starting and usually where it ends because I believe that once a guy can get over his shyness and feel more comfortable talking in front of women the attraction part becomes so much.

Easier because they're not your head they're not nervous they're not messing up they're not you know stepping over their words you know I'm saying so I just realized that that was something that I helped guys with and I am a former shy guy I am a former
