0:18.6	OSHA has suspended Biden's mandate because the Court of Appeals told them to and they
0:26.8	listened to them and they said in their statement that on November 12th the
0:31.3	U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit granted a motion to stay OSHA's COVID-19 vaccination and testing emergency temporary standard.
0:39.0	And the court ordered OSHA to take no steps to implement or enforce the ETS until further court order and they say that while OSHA remains
0:47.9	confident in its authority to protect workers and emergencies, they have suspended the activities related
0:54.0	to the implementation and enforcement
0:56.2	of the ETS pending further developments
0:58.4	in the litigation.
0:59.6	So this is a good thing or a bad thing.
1:01.5	It's probably gonna end up in the Supreme Court and that precedent that's
1:04.5	set is going to be the law of the land. So it's good they're not implementing it, but I do worry
1:09.5	what the Supreme Court's going to find ultimately. I did look at that opinion.
