We're going to talk a little bit about Fred's all-per perimeter defense team. But Fred, man, welcome back to the show. Thank you for having me. I'm always thrilled to be a part of it.

Yeah. And I think I'm contractually obligated to then do your show like immediately after this.

particulars about like the nix and the eastern conference in general really good follow-up conversation

and we talked a lot about it, and I'm going to get into your process there.
