And we will start with a market that is just maybe, maybe starting to come to grips with

the reality that the Fed is going to keep on raising rates.

Stocks, after opening solidly in the red, finishing around Session highs.

It was a very strong final hour of trading.

The housing sector today, sort of a snapshot of this delicate balancing act, rates keep

rising.

10-year-hitting and 11-year-high, pushing mortgage rates to nearly six and a half percent.

But the home builders actually went higher today.

Keybank upgraded the sector, saying that housing is due for a comeback after suffering

mightily this year, and that history dating back to 1963 is the guide.
