0:09.6	As we know, Instagram is endlessly pumping out new changes, tweaks, and updates, and while
0:16.1	I know it can feel very overwhelming at times, it can feel frustrating at times, it can feel
0:21.0	like you are swimming upstream.
0:24.3	I think that it generally speaking is a good thing.
0:26.8	I think we want our social media platforms to be constantly challenging themselves, trying
0:30.9	to improve their user experience, and ultimately that's what Instagram, aka Facebook, aka
0:37.6	Meta is trying to do.
0:39.5	They're really just trying to improve our user experience, let us have a better time
0:43.6	when we're using the app, let us get more out of it, have more rewarding, and fulfilling
0:47.8	experiences on the app.
0:50.0	Ultimately, they're not trying to frustrate us, and I know that might sound funny because
0:54.8	I know a lot of the times they are just frustrating us with all these changes and tweaks, and
0:59.4	sometimes they're rolling out adjustments and new features that seemingly nobody asked
1:04.3	for when everyone for years has been asking for the link, or people still don't have access
1:10.5	to Reels, even though Reels came out in August of 2020.
1:15.0	That's something that I want to address before we even get into today's episode, which
1:18.8	is when you hear about a new feature, why don't you have it on your account?
