This is actually a quote from Swami Virejanandhi. Swami Swami T's Guru, Swami Tata-Kataganjani is Guru.

Swami Virajanandhi was the president of our order many, many years, decades ago.

So among his sayings, I found this, this whole world is presented to me along with the body.

So either I am all of it or none of it.

See, it's a simple thing that we don't notice.

We are aware.

What are we aware of?

Everything.

The world, this body, our thoughts,

and the external world which is revealed to us people,

all of it together.

What we normally do is we say, I am this, and the rest is not me.

This, other. Subject, object.

But that doesn't stand to reason once you consider it in this way that the whole thing is presented to me the awareness.

I'm aware of what? I'm aware of the world, I'm aware of the body also.

So why do I say this is me and that's not me. This is I and that's not I.
