Yes, we decided that we are going to try and still put out Auckland No Fillers especially now because so many of you will be able to leave your houses.

We are basically a national service guys.

So this is our first attempt at doing it. We thought we would do a little one.

So we are starting with a bonus podcast that we thought we would do anyway which is actually for your health guys.

Because we were discussing something on a podcast and we had a lot of messages about it and we didn't want to keep them to ourselves.

So Rachel, do you want to explain what we are talking about today?

I think it's very important at this time that everyone thinks about the personal hygiene and not just the hands.

So I said something about a certain smell that was very prevalent in taxes but also in gyms I have noticed.

And it's basically it's predominantly men who stink because they clearly not using their personal hygiene experience to get between the ass cheeks.

Oh yikes.

Which is a bright way of putting it.

Yeah, dirty ass bastards.

But it's so funny. I mean my lovely boyfriend has been helping us record this and at that point he's just left the room.
