So I feel like we should apologize at the outset of this episode. First of all, it's

been a while since you joined us here in Lines 24-7 podcast. Secondly, this is the second

run-through of our intro. And the first, I believe, was the best intro we could have ever had on in podcast history.

It was a test run if you if we want to be serious here where we we don't want to be serious

so that's what that's what made it so great because as I will now explain

it did in our original fantastic call-of-fame intro Sean and I are both a bit sore

today because we have begun to undertake an eight-week program we may or may not

stick with that is going to lead to our

pro day which we've teased and mentioned here in the podcast.

Due in early March we're going to compete in all the work ads that you'll see at a

typical pro day, it's a workout, do a video, it'll be a whole content series.

That started yesterday, so of course today we're a bit sore.

And I'm listing off the workouts or the regimen for today,

which includes a glute ham race, which I have no idea what that is.

And you had the response of...

Well, the first time I heard it, I heard glute hammer and immediately the 14-year-old and they just, you know, started

slinging jokes your way and

unfortunately we were test recording which you know we were not we were you thought

was an intro yeah because the joke was that's what was my nickname in high school right and

glute hammer to college actually if you want to be accurate well sure yeah I would

love to be accurate I would love to not be serious as we start this out but anyway

it'll be a not so fun eight weeks. We'll see how it goes.
