1:01.3	at North Carolina. Here, for example, we see a Charlotte man who was stopped twice by ICE.
1:08.1	The first group checked his ID and let him go. Minutes later, another set of
1:12.7	agents rolled up, smashed his window, dragged him at, brutalized him, assaulted him. This was a
1:19.2	U.S. citizen, and we've been seeing this with many U.S. citizens in the Charlotte area, because
1:25.3	what ICE is trying to do, what the border patrol is trying to do
1:29.3	is to create a situation where they can then send in the National Guard or the Marines and say,
1:36.3	we need to invade right now because look what the community is doing.
