I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

You have to fall in love with the process so you can see the progress.

I implement and I emphasize that to a lot of people.

I love that process so you can understand the progress.

And I think people are afraid of getting tired or, you know, they're afraid to feel the pain, the firm.

I love it. I love it.

You know, the process teaches you so much. It teach you

how to be thankful and grateful. It teach you the skill set and the will set, being great in

reaching your pinnacle and manifesting your goals. And I tell people all the time that now everybody who got a skill set is better.

I'm big on, I love people who got that wheel, that drive,

because you can be better than me, you can be bigger than me, you can be stronger than me,

you can be mentally tuned, but if I, and you got the skill set, but if I got the wheel set,

if I got that drive that

wheel, you will not outworked in any ways, in any ways.
