He's the president and CEO of the National Constitution Center, a nonpartisan organization

with the mission to increase awareness and understanding of our founding document.

He's also an expert on the Supreme Court, the justices who have shaped its jurisprudence,

and the courts evolving role in today's world.

The Court is set to make history as the Senate Judiciary Committee holds confirmation hearings

for Judge Katangi Brown-Jackson, who would become the first black woman to serve as a justice.

I stand on the shoulders of generations past who never had anything close to this opportunity.

Rosen joins me to discuss the historic nominee, assess the hearing, and look ahead to the

important issues facing the Supreme Court this term.
