this is a really interesting journey this is Jackie Easterby as we've covered

his professional life up until well he left the New England Patriots and ultimately

went to the Houston Texans and that's where he became really a known figure but

how did he get to Houston why Houston How did he climb the ladder so quickly there and

what happened with his relationship with Bill O'Brien that ultimately led to the whole kind of organization falling apart a little bit.

Let's conclude our conversation with Jack Easterby. Where we left off he's with the

champion New England Patriots. Take a listen. Why did you leave New England for

Houston? Well I think what happens is when you become a part of any organization, you get different

roles given to you as you advance over time and I was really blessed in New England to get a couple of different cool roles right that Bill had kind of built and or added on and felt like within that organization after being there several years and obviously the team having some cool success. I felt that I had kind of gotten to a place where it was time for me to evaluate potentially an opportunity somewhere else and knew that, you know, that structure

had certain things in it that we're going to stay there and just wanted to respect that structure since it was so good to us.

And, you know, we left, you know, good terms and evaluated, you know, hey, listen, we don't know where we'll go.

Basketball, baseball, you know know took in a lot of different

sporting opportunities you left you you left on your own volition but with no clear
