Houston? Well I think what happens is when you become a part of any organization, you get different

roles given to you as you advance over time and I was really blessed in New England to get a couple of different cool roles right that Bill had kind of built and or added on and felt like within that organization after being there several years and obviously the team having some cool success. I felt that I had kind of gotten to a place where it was time for me to evaluate potentially an opportunity somewhere else and knew that, you know, that structure
