This is All Ball.

We'll take a step aside for the next three All Ball podcast.

We're going to drop these in kind of consecutive days, give a little bit of gap in between. But I just think it's a personal story that is so good. And so many of you're like, man, when I'm driving, I'm recruiting, when I'm driving to a high school game, wherever I am, I love to listen to stories be told. Well, I have a dear friend. His name is Josh

Lucas. Josh was the director of player personnel for the Chicago Bears. How he got there after

being a student athlete at Harvard, but the mercurial path that took to getting there and the time

he took and why he stepped aside at times from his job.

This is a story that has not been publicly told.

Josh is a rising star in the media.

He still is a very, very well respected player personnel, potential GM in the future.
