Hi Tom, my name is Kevin and I'm calling you from the northeast of Scotland.

I just wanted to call and thank you for all the effort you put into the podcasts.

It must be a huge drain on your time and I'm sure I speak for all

your loyal listeners. We really do appreciate the work you put in. I've been listening to your

podcasts for about two years now after discovering them by accident

in iTunes. At that time I'd not fished for about 20 years. I guess that university and the early

career took over and it just drifted out of my life.

However, after listening to a handful of your podcasts back then, your enthusiasm inspired me to

attempt flyfishing once more and I fell in love again immediately.

Now a couple of years later, I'm fishing at least every week on local rivers and often further a field and I'm enjoying it enormously.

My wife isn't so keen of course she keeps on finding new fishing toys

been hidden in cupboards but I can blame you for that. I've recently got my son of 12 interested in the sport.

I've attached a photo of his first small brownie caught on an obvious super fine touch.

The lad is still talking about that night where he took another five of its

friends in an hour or so. If I have one request for the podcast, it would be for more content

on Atlantic salmon fishing techniques and

spraycasting. I know that you moriously declare a little knowledge in this

field but you do down to get the best from your expert guests.

Anyway, I hope my Scottish accent was not too hard to understand.
