Well, good morning and welcome to Dishing Up Nutrition's new

0:22.6

midweek segment called Ask a Nutritionist. My name is Leah Kleintrote. I'm a registered and licensed

0:27.7

dietitian with nutritional weight and wellness. And on today's show, I will be answering

0:32.6

two related nutrition questions we've received from our Dishing Up Nutrition listeners in the last few

1:34.2

hopefully around the corner here. But when you think about flour, I think most people are thinking

1:38.5

1:46.6

like your typical all-purpose wheat flour. This is, this flower is made by taking the whole wheat

1:53.9

kernel. And what you do is you strip out the outer brand layer and you take out the little kind of fatty middle of it called the germ.
