• [3:27] Michael has had two near death experiences, after which his whole perspective on the world changed. As he lay there dying, he had an ear-to-ear grin and a big-picture understanding of the whole world. He knew everything was one.

 

• [10:28] You learn lessons from the other side and bring them back, but your egoic mind is still your egoic mind. So then the question becomes: how do you integrate? 

 

• [20:23] Part of where automatic writing comes from is the you, the energetic being stuffed into this tiny little meat suit, and the you that is everywhere, that is eternal. The eternal you speaks the language you need to access, and then just has to get that information down into the human version of you. The wisdom is within you.

 

• [25:26] The AWE process is a ritual or ceremony in which you go into a quiet, meditative state, write out an intention prayer, and then an invocation prayer. As you listen to theta brain wave music and enter that state, you have your pen to paper and the pen will continue to go even after you’re done writing your prayers.

 

• [29:31] Angels can’t help you unless you ask for help. If you ask if it’s the ego, the ego will always tell you. Asking yes or no questions is an easy way to get stuck in the egoic mind. After a while, you can ask the deep questions in about 10 different ways.

 

• [34:22] Communicating with spirits starts with writing; however, what you’re doing is creating a connection. At first it's a smoke signal, then it’s dial up, then cable, then fiber optic, and then things will start to come through without even needing to write.

 

• [37:54] Being energetically extra sensitive makes you an empath; you're a mystic in disguise. You can learn how to dial in those energies with automatic writing.
