Implications for the Giants. I really hope the Bears can pull off this win to improve the Giants draft position.

And tonight we're going to go over the all 22 offensive film of the Giants win over the New England Patriots. Only 10 points on offense for the Giants, but some really big explosive plays in the air via via via via via via via. And that's where I want to start the show real quick before you get into it, Nick. I do want to start the show with an apology. Address to Tommy D. Tommy D.

Because a couple weeks ago, I said, I'm not sure you have NFL arm talent. Tommy D. Guess what? I take it back. You do. Is it still not the greatest arm? No, of course. I mean, you wouldn't be a UDFA if you had the greatest arm. But you've got NFL arm talent. Tommy David Tommy D you got it you the NFL armed out. We saw it on the third and 16. We saw it on the whole shot to Jalen Hyatt that we never see a whole shot for his covered. I haven't seen one basically five years, exception of, I'm sure you'll find me one in 2019. I said another podcast or 2021, a random one from week 16 or whatever. But we saw it.

And you know what, Nick?

I feel like he does a good job changing arm slot, throwing from different arm angles,

putting velocity at times, putting touch at times on some of his throws.

And so I'm willing to say I was dead wrong about his NFL arm talent, Nick.

I'm also willing to say that maybe just maybe the Giants have something here as far as

a long-term backup quarterback goes, something I wasn't willing to say after the Jets game.

And I wasn't maybe willing to say after that Vegas Raiders game.

And now, Nick, I might be willing to say those things because I do believe that Tommy

DeVito has shown a lot.

He's shown a willingness to make throws that, you know, we don't often see or we haven't, I felt like we haven't really seen in five years watching this football team. And now we're finally seeing someone with that gunslinger mentality. And again, I just want to make sure that it's clear that I am apologizing to Tommy DeVito. And I'm using this a lot now, Nick, because I just love this whole Tommy DeVito thing with his dad doing it, with the Giants fans doing it. You know, as, you know, I've said once before on this podcast, shout out Steve Milano, one of my childhood best friends. As he quoted once, no one in the history of the universe, he said the world, but I say the universe has wanted to be italian more than dan schneier true statement it is a true statement he was right at the time he's right now and so i'll do this a little bit and have a little fun with it but yes apology to to tommy de veto you had yourself another great and i'm not going to say it's the most amazing game in the world but i am apologizing for the armed talent comment because I do believe at this point, Nick, he doesn't. And I'll say one final thing on that. Someone on my Twitter timeline, I'm sorry I'm forgetting the name, said something to me today. And a comparison he had for Tommy DeVito that I freaking love, Nick. And I'm not sure if you saw this tweet. I did not. Okay, then that's even better. So I'll bring it up to you now.

And then I'll explain why I think it's a good comp.

His comp was Case Keenum. And I look at the two players and I'm like, you know what, dude? I kind of love this comp. Same size quarterback, not tall, not big, not the biggest arm talent. Maybe cases was a little bigger earlier in his career, especially like in the Hawaii days,

but not the greatest armed talent, but that gunslinger mentality, the throw the whole shot mentality, to throw the ball down the field mentality, the pass up the whip route to Wando Robinson, because I got Jalen Hyatt on avert mentality. And he did that in this game. We haven't seen a quarterback pass up and underneath whip route on this offense in years. We saw that. And, you know, it is very Case Keenomish to me.

And that's good, man. Like, Case Keenum took the Vikings to a conference championship game.

Yeah. Uh, case Keenum, you know, has had a long career as a backup quarterback in the NFL.

And so, you know, if he can be another
