This is Handel on the Law. It's marginal legal advice where I tell you have no case.

All right, case after case is going up to the Supreme Court. I don't know of any administration

that has filed more cases or has been sued

more times that the issue has gone up to the Supreme Court. Now, obviously, liberals are on one

side of the coin, conservatives on the other, but there is an issue in which there is a lot of

agreement. And that has to do with trans athletes, male to female trans, and then going into girls' sports.

And that is problematic because physiologically there is a difference.

Now, to discriminate against trans people just because they're

trans, that makes no sense at all. I mean, that's crazy. Certainly the military is doing that,

and you've got police departments and fire departments. Is it really matter where someone is

male or female or trans? The job is the job. However, when competing in sports,

now you have an advantage from someone that used to be a male

is transitioning or has trans into female,

even if all of the body parts have been removed, right?

That's one of the other things.
