0:36.0 | Today we are looking at eyewitness accounts of the death of Jesus. |
0:43.0 | The one that we're looking at today is his friend Matthew, who was one of the close followers of Jesus and who gives us this account of Jesus on the cross. |
0:55.0 | In the last hours of his life, this is what we find in Matthew chapter 27 beginning in verse 45. |
1:04.0 | Matthew records it from the sixth hour and to the ninth hour darkness came over all the land. |
