Hey everyone, hi, hello.

Welcome to another unexpected solo show.

I say unexpected because my guest Sarah Colona got in touch with me this morning to say

that she has a stomach bug and does not want to bring it into my home and she feels terrible canceling last minute.

And I think something is going around because Elliot's babysitter yesterday got in touch in the morning and said she couldn't make it because she had what she thought was food poisoning.

And then I've since heard of two more people who had either like first day thought it was food poisoning but then they because other people have it as well.

They realized it's like a 24 hour bug.

So, um, hey, I hope I don't get it.

Be a little bit, this is on me.

I used to always have like five or six episodes.

Was it that many?

I think it was that many.

I felt very no, maybe if you guys listen to my Thursday show, you know that my producer Jeff clips bits of me being incredibly indecisive and waffling and then strings them together.

So it's like 30 seconds of me going back and forth.

And now I'm like attuned to hearing when I do that.

And I was just doing that a little bit right now.

I know what it wasn't that I had five or six in the can.

I always had a handful in the can.
