That is Alisa Amador.

She is the winner of this year's Tiny Desk Contest,

which was held earlier this year, and she came

into the Tiny Desk and went on a tour, multiple city tour as a result of winning, and her

profile just increased, just blew up.

I feel like there's almost something distinctly Latino about the tiny desk.

I think music for our community is the thing, right?

And it's how we build community.

It's how we feel together.

And I mean, nothing describes the tiny desk better than that.
