In general, a part of what I really want to do is I want to help people move past the

new age stereotype or like the woof stereotype.

I feel like a lot of people feel like, oh, you're doing this seasonally, you're drinking

your match, you're drinking your tea, like, oh, it's a trend and it's just like, no

actually, many communities around the world lived in alignment and did spiritual

practices, did holistic health practices. And so here are some tips, but also here's

where it's from so you can dive deeper and also remember like, I didn't make

this and there's so much more depth to be there.
