It's a powerful perspective that everything is connected. We often see ourselves as separate from the things around us—friends, family, objects. But what if everything you perceive is part of you? This shift in thinking can transform how you operate.
Consider this: if you aim to be a 100-point being—loving, wealthy, expansive—everything you focus on daily should align with that vision. It's not about adding up points but about fully perceiving and living that frequency. You can't reach 100 by mixing in elements of an 80 frequency.
Imagine wanting to expand your wealth. You read, study, and start a side business, but still spend time with people from your old energy. Their frequency might be at an 80, which hinders you from reaching 100. The key is to align your perception with what you want to become.
Creating your future vision involves understanding the frequency of your desired self. This new life will cost you your old one because the new frequency requires a different perception. You can't hold onto the old while striving for the new.
The best thing you can do today is to envision your perfect day five years from now. From waking up to going to bed, what does that day look like? Be realistic about what that version of you focuses on daily. Look up real people who have achieved what you aspire to and understand their daily habits and perceptions.
By aligning your frequency with your desired self, you can rise up and become the best version of yourself.
