How you spend your time is so valuable. So do we able to get to share this with you guys and just

have the three of us like this? It's like it's really beautiful. As far as childhood stuff,

I mean, where you come from, you know, well, so in relation to like fitness movement,

things of that nature, I come from a lot of insecurity. And so I was obsessed with bodybuilding,

as a means of packing on muscle to essentially be loved, I think, or feel safe or feel protected.

When did you start doing this, how old were you? So started off in the book. I described

essentially like my upbringing as like I was like a skinny giraffe with buck teeth and like the

bull cut and the whole thing. It's like me. So I was I was skinny. And you know, so from that,

and then I had like interesting stuff. So my I think I told you guys before my dad, he got into

drugs. And so he was like smoking crack and he ended up going to jail and all sorts of interesting.
