I do want to get into that, Anthony, but I just wanted to chime in on what you said previously.

intergenerational.

So my mother didn't, well, let's just say she didn't remember any experiences.

That doesn't mean she didn't have them.

But her grandmother's very much like me,

into natural healing, into energy work, had really not a lot of use for mainstream society

because she was focused and she had her, she was able to do contact through telepathy the same way I can. The other thing I wanted to say is lifestyle.

For me, lifestyle was absolutely foundational. I had to change so many things in my lifestyle

in order, and I didn't do it to have an extraterrestrial experience. It just happened as a natural

byproduct of my lifestyle changes.

And the more I change my lifestyle, it seems the more frequency I can hold.

And it's so easy to communicate now.
