interior of the hollow earth at Mount Shasta in

northern California and he's also figured out how to time travel using a particular meditation technique.

She is 95 years young today and my brother and sisters were over at her house for a backyard barbecue

My boys and I and the mighty Aphrodite will go to see her Tuesday, but we reached out to her on Zoom this afternoon and she was looking, I must say, absolutely resplendent in her enormous magnificent sun hat.

She looks great and she is, thank God, in terrific health, still loves to laugh. She really is a force of nature.

She had a bad fall earlier this year.

She broke a rib, but she has bounced right back.
