My boyfriend L. was sound asleep next to me.

My children were asleep, with two of them on the second floor along with me.

My second oldest son was in the loft, and my eldest son was on the first floor.

I always left my bedroom door open so I could hear my children, and so they had easy access

to me.

This fact is important.

I heard a humming sound, and I thought, Oh, I know who this is.

I could see the edges of a UFO hovering over my house.

I immediately began to worry about just one of my children

who I will refer to as N.

There was an alien hovering next to my bed,

and level with my head.
