I am the Big Guy Ryeback.

And today, guys, Alicia Toot joins me once again.

It's funny, it was just talking with her.

And last year I ended up having Chris Van Bleet and Alicia, I think, back to back.

And this year had Chris on and then she sent me a message. And I go, hey, would

you want to do the show again? And so it's funny how history has repeated itself. And she's also

a brand ambassador for Feed Me More Nutrition as she has begun her workout journey into the

world of health and fitness. And we talk about that a little bit today's show.

We talk about everything going on with coronavirus, including her views on it, my views

on it and different things and the tensions with everybody, just everything going on with

all of this.

We have a really solid discussion on that.

We talk about TikTok and I call her the TikTok master is uh she has a very entertaining

TikTok and much more than mine I just do food for thought so I was asking her

to explain a few things on that we talk about social media a lot and just I

feel like I understand what she's going through and what I've gone through having a business and everything being so social media oriented.

And it's always fascinating having conversations with people about that.

And I think this one is going to, I think it gets some good insight to you guys, some good value on social media and getting away from it too
