| 1:43.0 | So ALS is a rapidly degenerating disorder in which patients progressively |
| 1:49.6 | become paralyzed, losing their ability to walk, to eat, and eventually to breathe. |
| 1:56.1 | And unfortunately, because most of these patients die within three years, and under our current drug |
