Summary

In Chapter 5 of Alice in Wonderland Alice meets and talks with the caterpillar. The caterpillar asks some questions that Alice cannot answer. They both talk about different things and then the caterpillar leaves telling Alice the mushroom will help her grow and shrink. Hello, I'm Cheryl, and this is Sleep, Tight, Relax, a calming bedtime podcast for the young Our sleep story is the fifth chapter of Alice in Wonderland.

This chapter is when Alice meets the caterpillar,

and they have some very interesting conversations about lots of different things,

We can practice our deep breathing anytime or anywhere. But before bed, let's first

turn down the lights, get comfortable, and make sure that everything feels as it should.

Now close your eyes if you'd like and we'll begin with a few slow, deep belly breaths.

Each time you breathe in, breathe all the way down into your belly.

When you breathe in, be sure to breathe slowly through your nose. And when you breathe out, try to push all the air out of your lungs.
