Summary

Today I'm joined by the hilarious and talented Ali Kolbert, host of The Ali Kolbert Show here on Dear Media! Ali has worked as an NBC page, a content contributor for The Onion, and is now a full-time comedian. Ali and I talk about everything from her days as a page at NBC up to her performances on Jimmy Fallon. We end the episode with a JUICY round of Love/Hate and somehow end up talking about celebs we'd like to see start an OnlyFans. Follow Ali everywhere @alikolbert!

Oh, Ali, I'm in Salt Lake City. Oh, that's that was so coastal elite of me.

0:48.4

That was that is the third choice usually. People are like New York, LA or Salt Lake.

0:52.9

Like what is I remember reading that you it was based in Salt Lake. So I just forgot.

1:15.8

1:22.8

page program? Yes, that was my first job after college was a page at NBC, which is like if you've

1:29.2

seen 30 rock, like was the was the page. It's the dream. Was it as magical as you thought it would be?

1:35.2

It's so not magical. It's exhausting and you work like six or seven days a week. You really don't

1:42.9

have much off time. The hours are pretty nutty and when you're not stationed at like a production

1:50.3

within 30 rock, you give tours of 30 rock. So like when people when tourists come to Rockefeller

1:56.4

Center and sign up to do a tour of like 30 rock, you're giving the tour. So that part was that's

2:04.4

really the most memorable part because I remember just like either I would test out material in the

2:10.4

tours or like, you know, I would get stuck with a fellow page you wanted to like really do a lengthy

2:17.2

tour. I'm like, let's get them in and out in 20 minutes. Like I want to go home like let's wrap this

2:21.4

up. What was like what are some of your favorite your favorite moments from your time as a page?
