Ali is the founder of Be Social, which is a modern marketing agency located in LA and considered one of the fastest growing companies on the Inc's 5,000 list. What's fascinating to me about Allie is that she single-handedly started her

massively successful business at the age of 23, eight years ago. And since then, has gone from

solopreneur to the leader of a company with now 25 plus employees generating millions of dollars in revenue

each year. And as you can imagine, she is seen and done everything in terms of growing and

scaling a business, especially when it comes to leading her team. And that's the area I wanted to dive in with her specifically

today because not only am I actively growing my own team, but I know a lot of you are too or

plan to, either in your own business or in your direct sales businesses. And Ali has so much to share on the topic of growing and nurturing a team. And, Allie has so much to share on the topic of growing and

nurturing a team, especially if your team is made up of millennials, which hello, that's probably

most of us. She gets really candid on what she's done wrong and what she wishes she had done

differently and what she's currently doing now which obviously is working I
