I assumed you would have something but no I do I do I do but you actually have something you want to talk about I saw it on your face.

Oh this it's just been such a weird couple of weeks that it has made me

remember why I got into education.

So early. so early on because I don't think there's any way out of our current situation without some sort of purposeful long game that we start playing that thinks

generationally about rebuilding an education system.

Okay, wait, so before you, okay, let me hold that in place.

Okay, you need to, within a short paragraph, describe for me the kind of situation you think we're in.

Because I think when you say that, just like everybody in politics, everybody has a, I don't care if you're left or right they have their own vision of

what you just said of our situation but when you say our situation get defined

that context for me because I don't think even inside of people who are conservative,

reform Christians even think we talk about the same thing in that context, our situation.

Yeah, so what I what it looks like to me is happening is our culture is breaking down into a series of rivalries in every direction. And so everybody is looking for an identity that they can grab on to

from a from the group that they're a part of,

but those groups are getting smaller and smaller

and smaller.

So, you've got the whether it's the Christian nationalists who don't who aren't that aren't really drawing their identity from being American.

They're drawing their identity from being Christian nationalists, right?

That is an example where the nation itself has failed us.

And so we need a smaller group within the nation that we can grab onto an identity with the goal of I think rebuilding a nation,

right, rebuilding it to a national status, a nation,

a nation status where the nation can drive identity from the nation again.

So you've got that side, and then you've got all of the breakdown you know the college
