It just I marked my year by this moment is this the third or fourth year in a row when you stopped by in December?

The third year in the row for December

Man, yeah, and and then three years ago was a very difficult moment for me

I went from I went from your house to the hospital

Yeah, and you you were close to the end. I was very close to the edge and

Alexander and I just had lunch

You it's only been this year that you felt back to whole yeah recovery from surgery or coming back from death

There's been a two and a half year process and I mean now I am just in this place of

Vitality and joy and loving life and feeling good

Oh, well, I can see the vitality and

Everybody we just had lunch and I was like sort of want to talk about on the

Robcast knowing he would

casually be dropping some bombs and

He had so much to say lunch. I'm gonna do my best now to take him through everything that he said
