Apologies for Byte's dropping into your feeds a little bit later than usual. Liverpool decided to move their press conference pretty much last minute from 9 a.m to like 1.15pm and it messed the whole schedule up. It meant I had to wait to bring you the news because I wanted to give you the latest news. so not for the first time this year.

Lippool Football Club did my head in and forced me to change my plans last minute. They've been doing it all year. They've been getting on my nerves and they continue to do it. Usually it's what they do on the pitch. That's been winding me up. This time it was off it. But any, that's my problem, not yours. You don't really care or this stuff but I had to vent so yeah that's why we're a little bit late in usual but we can get on with the show and start bringing you the news that you need to know there is mixed injury news ahead of the game against chelsea on saturday afternoon it is fair to say um we are going to start with some i suppose the negatives then we can happy. You never want to end on it on a bad note, do you? So the bad news is that both Alison Becker and Mohammed Salah are both out still. They will not feature against Chelsea tomorrow afternoon, which is a shame for, of course, for all of us. It should have been Mo's second to last home game at Anfield before he leaves.

He's not going to get a chance to feature that unfortunately. So it's waiting to see on Mo and yet the same for Alison Beck really. He is not available either. In terms of good news then, let's start with the good news, because there's quite a bit of it, to be fair. Georgie Mamadashvili is expected to train today and they'll make a decision to see Hiv E is fifth and available to play against Chelsea.

So that's good news number one.

Good news numbers two and three.

Ibu Canarte and Florian Verge are definitely available. Both of them missed time this week.

Verst was ill, he was unwell. He is now back fit and firing and Ibu Canate had a personal

matter to deal with according to Arna Slot so when training pitchers come out a couple of days ago

and both of them weren't in it it appears that yeah both are going to be ready to face Chelsea

tomorrow hopefully whatever the issue with with Ibu is sorted and I say it appears Florian

Fertr's just a little bit under the weather and he is feeling fit and firing and he is ready to go.

And then the big news in terms of strikers, yes, Liverpool should have a striker available in some capacity, whether that's the start or off the bench.

And the reason I say that is because Alexandrsa has returned to part of team training

already this week and the expectation is that he'll be part of the Liverpool

squad to take on Chelsea tomorrow which is great news

whether he's fit enough to start or not we'll find out in due course

not one's been confirmed but he has he had a couple of sessions

apparently and he looks like he should in theory be ready to go.

Again, maybe off the bench, but good news all told that Liverpool will have a different option at Centre Forward available to them.

So mixed injury news, a couple of outs, a couple of, well, one maybe and a couple of, yeah, ins of three, really.

So, yeah, big news for Liverpool.

Because when them training pitches came out midweek and there was a lot of players missing, we were thinking might be a really depleted Liverpool squad. It's already somewhat depleted. But yeah, the fact that Canarte and Verte are available, Mamadash really could be, and Alexander Isaac should be, that is all very positive news indeed, as we had Liverpool look to secure a place in the Champions League with a win. That should do it. If they win, the gold different swing from Bournemouth would have to be monumental for them to overtake Liverpool, and they kick off away to Fulham, just literally as we finish our game, really. So there's a chance Liverpool's qualification can already be secured by Saturday afternoon if they beat Chelsea.
