into the emotion in order to reclaim an aspect of yourself, as Carl Jung put it, in order to reclaim

part of ourselves that we have rejected, and therefore to become more whole and because we're becoming more

whole we're then more in alignment with our true nature and therefore in alignment with mother

nature so nature is not just nice and soft it also has storms it also has thunder clouds it also has
