Just walking around town figured you drop in.

What's summer been like after capturing

gold? Um, yeah, it's been, uh, it's been great. We, I haven't really gotten up to much. So,

um, kind of taking a little bit of time off, just starting to, to get back into the gym and, and

work out. So, um, yeah, I mean, pleasure to be here.

Well, yeah, the, you know, the world championships that was, I'm sure, an amazing experience.

What, take us through, if you will, the process of, you know, getting picked for the team,

going overseas, you know, playing with a different group of guys and coming together for that tournament and then obviously going through and winning gold.

Yeah, I mean, I think when you get picked for that and to represent your country, it's

it's definitely a little bit of a no-brainer, at least for me and, you know, everybody that was there, you know, you don't want to turn that down.
