From the US side we're likely to put feelers out to see if there is some sort of accommodations

we made but with the understanding that that's not likely and that there'll be a need to

kind of ratchet up pressure to deter Russian aggression and non-informed.

From the Russian side on the other hand, I think they're going to try to figure out what

is Biden administration mean for them.

So if we inputting out our feelers to the Russians to identify that the rules have changed

and there will be a more significant cost imposed for Russian aggression and non-informed

as a warning rather than an immediate cost that's imposed, I think we're likely to potentially

see a much more cautious Russia.
