So one of the things you guys mentioned earlier in the show with Alex Van Pelt and, you know, his first time call and plays and everything is being the West Coast system and then really taking the time to, you know, settle in on his footwork and this and that. Now, this is the thing that popped to my head that just recently about is, okay, well, AP is a retread. He's kind of old. He's probably not long for this job necessarily. I mean, unless he's going to be here long term, I don't see that happening. We already know what happened with Mack Jones, three different coordinators in three years. We know that's a death sentence for any young quarterback. The same thing could happen again. They're going to spend all this time putting all this work into his footwork for the West Coast offense and this and that. Suppose it works. Suppose it doesn't. And then ABP's gone in two years and he has a new coordinator to run and reset the whole thing. So that was my thought. Thanks again for taking my call. I appreciate it. Gary. That's scary. It is. Absolutely that's in play. It's in. It is. Absolutely. That's in play.

It's in play for any young quarterback.

It's in play anytime you have a defensive coach, head coach.

Because if it works with the offensive coordinator, the offensive coordinator takes a head coaching job and now you start over with another OC.

And you hope you can just keep it going in the same system with the same playbook.

But heck, heck, yeah, that's a risk.

Either, I mean, I can't see Alex Van Pelping head coaching timber at this point, but if he knocks it out of the park, he will be.

Or he sucks and he's out.

And it's like that's sort of the problem with a defensive head coach.

But the bigger, the bigger issue is that Van Pelt's not going to be the right guy

for him entering the league.

And that's already like a real concern.

I mean, it is for me based on the fact that he threw three passes on Thursday night.
