So what is a narcissist, you may ask?

Generally speaking, a narcissist is a person who has an excessive sense of how important they are.

They demand and expect to be admired and praised by others and are limited in their capacity to appreciate

Narcissism is a character trait that exists on a spectrum.

A small amount of narcissism is healthy, and a person with an unhealthy level of narcissism

may be called a narcissist. However, for the purposes of this podcast, a narcissist is a person

who exhibits narcissistic traits and or a consistent pattern of maladaptive narcissistic behaviors.
