1:05.2	I'm just going to start by reading the press release that came out Thursday morning, give you guys a chance to respond to that.
1:11.1	The press release said Glenn Taylor, chairman of Taylor Sports Group, Inc.
1:14.8	The general partner of Minnesota Timberlows Basketball Limited Partnership this morning
1:18.7	confirmed the expiration of the option of Mark Lurie and Alex Rodriguez to acquire controlling
1:24.1	interest in the Timberwolves and Links.
1:26.0	Under terms of the purchase agreement, the closing was required to occur within 90 days
1:31.0	following the exercise notice issued by Lori and Rodriguez.
1:35.1	That 90-day period expired on March 27, 2024.
1:39.7	Under certain circumstances, the buyer could have been entitled to a limited extension.
1:44.5	However,
1:50.8	those circumstances did not occur. Quote, I will continue to work with Mark, Alex, and the rest of the ownership group to ensure our teams have the necessary resources to compete at the highest
