Particularly when you got into the daily lives of famous scientists and writers and composers, you begin to see a pattern,

which is that they often would work for very concentrated periods during the day in a manner

that seems often highly regimented and almost

kind of anti-creative. But they also spent and took seriously their lead, spent a lot of time at and took seriously their leisure.
