Hey y'all happy Monday. I hope this note finds you good and well and safe and

0:07.5

happy and all the things. This is a little bit of a different episode today. I

0:15.4

don't even know if I would call it an episode. A couple years ago I was in the

0:20.8

car recording something that just popped up on my mind and today I'm doing the

0:28.2

same thing. So I guess this is a car talk episode and I've been really wanting to

2:01.6

that you need to can be beneficial for both parties involved and I won't go into

2:11.0

specific detail but what I will say is that all we can do is our part and what I

2:21.8

mean by that is when there is a conflict in friendship when there is a

2:27.7

misunderstanding when there are feelings hurt the only thing we can do is try to

2:36.4

have a conversation try to make amends and hope that we can move forward

2:47.3

listening without reacting and listening to respond mindfully is something

2:57.3

that I've been working on and I've also been working on being open to
