The two most fundamental psychological human needs is the need to make a difference and the need to belong.

And that is what a lot of people focus on and a lot of companies focus on is job satisfaction.

Eighty or ninety percent of our happiness at work comes from those two things results in relationships.

You will spend most of your waking hours at work.

There are sorts of competing centers in the brain and you can either be materialistically

oriented or you can be relationship oriented but you can't really be both at the same time.

About 30 to 35 percent of Englishmen hate their jobs.

There's absolutely no reason to settle for a workplace that is bad that is

toxic that is horrible this is not survival of the you know the fittest or the

toughest or the meanest

we are all headed. This is Bun Hill graveyard and you can see behind me is my man

John Bunyan which is the author of Pilgrim's Progress and he was buried six feet under here in 1688.

So this place is very old school, which is very typical of London.

There's graveyards everywhere. You kind of get used to them after a while, which is a little weird.

But this place was actually a burial ground for the non-Catholic

so it was for all the Protestants and all the people that weren't necessarily

religious people typical of the time so they buried them here at Bunhill graveyard which I think is a kind of a expression for
